イー・アンド・イー ソリューションズは、Xodus社（本社：英国 アバディーン）と国内洋上風力発電事業に伴う各種技術サービスの提供に合意いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。
現在、急速に事業計画が進む日本の洋上風力発電事業では、「海洋再生可能エネルギー発電設備の整備に係る海域の利用の促進に関する法律」（再エネ海域利用法）の成立によって、より具体的な事業計画の策定の段階に入りました。遠浅の沿岸を持たない日本の洋上風力発電計画は、今後、着床式とともに浮体式洋上風力発電の開発も視野に拡大していくことになります。欧州で浮体式洋上風力の実績を持つXodus社の技術アドバイザリー経験と、1980年代から広く国内の陸上・洋上風力発電に携わってきた当社の環境コンサルティングの御業務経験とのコラボレーションによって、日本市場でより良質で広範囲の環境と技術アドバイザリー業務を提供できることになると確信しています。

E&E Solutions Inc. is pleased to announce the agreement of partnership with Xodus Group (Head Office: Aberdeen, UK), associated with offering a comprehensive range of technical services for offshore wind power projects in Japan.
With the enactment of the “Act to Promote Offshore Use by Offshore Renewable Energy Facilities” (Renewable Energy Offshore Use Act), Japan’s offshore wind projects are now progressing fully into the project planning stage. Offshore wind projects in Japan will have a strong focus on the development of floating offshore wind turbines, due to the deep seas around the archipelago. However, fixed-foundation turbines can be utilised where the depths of the seabed allow for this. The collaboration between the technical advisory experiences of Xodus, and the experiences of E&ES in environmental consulting, , will certainly make it possible to provide a broader range of high quality environmental and technical advisory services to the Japanese market. Xodus brings a proven track record in both fixed and floating wind in Europe while E&ES brings extensive experience in both onshore and offshore wind projects in Japan since the 1980s.
